Love is in the air

It's hard to imagine a more romantic time of year to get engaged than Christmas Day - what an amazing present! Two lovely friends of mine got engaged on this very special day this year and I am intent on making a cake to mark the occasion...this delicious lemon cake is fresh out of the oven, making the place smell totally delicious!
